Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this Website.

  • Before booking and treatments all guests must ensure they have read and understood the T&Cs including the cancellation policy.

  • For information about allergens please contact a member of staff. We work in an environment where allergens are handled and while we try to keep things separate, we cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free

  • To help us deal with your booking and treatment more efficiently, please inform us of any previous history when booking or replying to us. Some treatments may have contraindications if you are undergoing any medical therapy, taking any prescribed medicines or you are pregnant, please speak to your therapist before your treatment, or contact us for further advice and information.

  • Appointment time includes arrival, consultation, changing and redressing.

  • If you are having a Pedicure treatment, please bring flip flops.

  • Please advise when booking Manicure, Pedicure, and Gel treatments if you have existing gel overlays.

  • We are not able to offer Manicure, Pedicure, and Gel treatments if you have Acrylic or Shellac overlays and we do not offer a removal service for either product.

  • Should we have to remove polish in order to carry out your treatment an additional £10 will be added and your treatment time may be affected or when necessary will need to be rescheduled.

  • If you are booking any tinting service you will require a patch test 24 hours before.

  • Where circumstances are beyond our control, there may be times when your chosen therapist is not available.

  • Loyalty cards are valid for 6 months only. Max. 3 loyalty cards per person. Lost cards will not be replaced

  • Whilst we try our best to validate all eligibility, we trust in our Partners and Members to use our facilities honestly and in line with our T&Cs, so that we can continue to offer our subsidised services to all.

  • Prices are subject to change.

​Eligibility

  • If you’re a Partner in the John Lewis Partnership all you need is a valid Partner Discount Card and you can make use of our Serenity facilities, including access to The Odney Club, its grounds and you can also bring up to two-day guests.

  • If you’re a Member of The Odney Club,  you can not only use Serenity but also make the most of our exclusive monthly offers. You are also entitled to bring four guests.  Please note Life Odney Club Members are not entitled to any discounted treatments.

  • If you have purchased a Serenity Membership, you can

    • visit us Tuesday to Friday and can use all of Serenity’s facilities only. 

    • By purchasing a Serenity membership you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Serenity Therapy Suite and the Odney Club reserve the right to cancel/ suspend membership should any contraventions to the T&C's occur.                             ​

    • Membership is valid for one year, if you wish to cancel your membership within that year, you will not be entitled to a refund.

    • Please ensure you inform us of any changes to your contact details.

    • Serenity Membership permits you to bring 1 guest

    • Use of the Serenity outside area be at the discretion of an on-duty Partner and will depend on peak times/days and seasonality as to whether the request will be granted. Please ask your Receptionist on the day.

    • Please have your membership card at all times. Failure to present when requested may result in us cancelling your appointment and you receiving cancellation charges.

    • Serenity monthly Reward is included with this membership as well as Member prices.

    • Membership does not include a discount on any retails products.

    • Other facilities are NOT included in the membership e.g swimming pool, rowing boats, tennis court, manor terrace, bar 

    • The Odney Club reserve the right to withdraw any memberships due to misuse, poor conduct. If this is the case, no refund will be applicable.

    • Odney reserve the right to cancel/ suspend membership should any contraventions to the T&C's occur.

    • Memberships are not transferable.

    • Serenity Therapy Suite has the right to only accept vouchers deemed valid by the business. It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure vouchers are valid before booking a treatment.

    • Vouchers: cannot be split, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit. No resells. Treatment is redeemable once, at Odney Serenity only.  Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.

    • Please ensure you (and your guests) are eligible to use Serenity Therapy Suite. On arrival, we will ask to see the relevant membership card. Failure to present when requested may result in us cancelling your appointment and you receiving cancellation charges.

    • Serenity Therapy Suite reserves the right to check eligibility (both Serenity and Partnership) at any time.

Cancellation Policy

  • A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

  • Late arrival will shorten your treatment time or when necessary will need to be rescheduled.
